Nice Products No Network No Use of Product

I've received a Samsung Galaxy Tab on contract from Cell C 2 weeks ago - I was looking forward to use this product at home - but then when I tried to use it to go onto the internet at home (the reason why I took this contract in the first place) I could not use it at all. Do not give me any joy!
I've been in contact with the technical department almost every night for the 1st week - where the technical consultants tried to sort out the internet settings ect - finally I got hold of a very helpful consultant that assisted me last week Thursday and Friday - a call was logged for the network department but also did a reset on my tab for the internet settings - well it is now a week - no call from the network department at all - so...
I feel just like throwing the product away because Cell C got what they wanted from me - a binding contract that I will have to pay now for 24 months and a product that I can not use AT ALL!!!
What a waste of money - I will recommend all my friends not to make use of Cell C at all!!!
