I called cell c and spoke to a consultant name Lucia, and requested for Wap settings for Samsung phone, Lucia then sent me from pillar to post to get the settings, she then went to say that I need to confirm the id number just to get the settings I was baffled by this as all I wanted was settings not to access the national security, I asked to speak to a team leader Tshepiso Pooe and still no help, as a service provider I'm extremely disappointed by the level of incompetency I got, THIS IS BAD SERVICE!!! Tshepiso is the most incompetent team leader he wanted to speak to the account holder to transfer a call, transfer a call Ive never heard of such
