On 8 November 2013 I handed my contract phone in at Vodashop Knysna with the following problems; faulty keypad & trackpad/Joystick. Almost two weeks later when I called them they told me that the phone charging pin has been damaged and that I had to pay R1881 for a replacement device... 1. The phone was charging just fine when I handed it in. 2. First they told me that it can't be fixed and then they told me that maybe I must call the repair centre in George, they might be able to fix it... if they can why don't just fix it? I am very unhappy as this is the first run-in with such a problem and I always believed that Vodacom is the best network... quite frankly I think I'm going to take my 4 contracts and search for more yellow, blue or pink grass... I am very unsatisfied. :(
