After having a look through Vodacom, MTN and other network providers. I found that your rates are very expensive and you people are offering the same products as Vodacom and MTN.
Please ask them to have a look at this as you are going to lose customers slowly but sure.
If Vodacome and MTN can offer me a better deal why should i use CellC???
Have sent a few exmples to Refilwe regarding this

I'm off and if i do not get any feedback by close of business i'll just moved the cheapest provider as the service from cellc is very back. You need to keep reminding someone to check something for you like i'm doing them favor when that is there job. Hope i'll get an answer today
