I have a serious problem with the level of service I am currently experiencing, I've escalate the problem and still no help or service! The world needs to know that Cell C is quick to offer new deals, but they not able to offer after sales support.
* rude customer care agents that literally hang up your call
* when someone offers to help, they don't get back to you
* even senior people just refuse and turn a blind eye to queries
CAN ANYONE PLEASE CALL ME ON 0214234943 MR DAVIDS - I want to cancel this contract if I get no resolution today, otherwise I will be taking further action.
