Terrible customer service

I Am disgusted at the appalling service from Cell C! They are so quick to put out huge tv ads on why customers should switch to Cell C, But I have only ever had bad service from them!
I waited 20 mins on my first phone call to thei so called "Customer care department" 084 140 which has the worst on going music ever! then I hung up and call back only to wait a further 15 mins before giving up.
I have had a cell c speed stick contract for 2 years and they have been quick to debit my account on a monthly basis even after the contract ran out without my consent, when trying to cancel to service cos my modem has given up the go even though I have hardly used it in 2 years, and paying an exorbitant amount of money for 1GB of Internet, I was told to email a cancellations department to cancel the contract, when asked what the email address was I needed to email to do so, I was put on hold for a further 20 mins! THIS SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! I HATE C CELL!
