HOPELESS SERVICE, HOPELESS CUSTOMER CARE!

CELL C has for the past 6 months been grabbing MONEY AND INTERNET TIME from my account despite all my communication and visits to solve the problem! In Oct 2012 CELL C said they have a better offer. CELL C refused my request to upgrade, said I must take another contract which I reluctantly did. Paid ANOTHER R150 for "paperwork" although there was NO CHANGE in ANY of my information! Then ALL the PROBLEMS with CELL C started in FULL FORCE. They were now monthly taking money on the PREVIOUS contract as well as on the "NEW" contract. It took 5 months NUMEROUS visits to them in MENLYN in TYGERVALLY NUMEROUS calls to their customercare centre Lots of wasted TIME. HIGH TRANSPORT COSTS. In the meantime on the "NEW" contract that was agreed on 2G with monthly payment of R99.00, CELL C started taking amounts of up to R435.00! ALL queries (AGAIN) on DEAF ears in their "customer care" Numerous visits to MENLYN TYGERVALLY did not help at all. I was just time and again accused of "over using". Until one senior person in Tygervally acknowledged that there was indeed someone using my internet time. CELL C made a sim swop. THEN SILENCE NO FEEDBACK, NO REFUNDS. NO SERVICE. CELL C still takes money!!
