I logged a complaint a week ago and still did not receive feedback, why am i not suprise! This is a new complaint my BIS is off, I called MTN and they refunded me on BIS but now my BIS is off and they say as my contract expired in Sept i must now pay for BIS, funny enough i am still paying my full contract amount and as per my previous complaint it is not my delay on not upgrading, I would much appreciate someone urgent response with regards to this.
