On the 5th November I booked in my Iphone 5 for repairs after my screen had cracked. I was advised it would take 10 working days to be fixed and I should expect constant communication from MTN. I received a quote from MTN on the 11th and responded with a "yes" thus accepting the quote and giving them the go ahead to repair the screen. I also lodged a claim with MTN insurance and my claim was approved and promised that the approval would be emailed in 24hrs - which never happened to this very day. Today I have been advised that my phone was never fixed and has been sent back to the Service Provider because they never received my acceptance because "sometimes that system does not work". Bottom line 15 days later nobody can confirm where the phone is and IT'S STILL NOT REPAIRED.
