Unable to see data remaining on top up data contra

Hi Vodacom,

For some reason I am not able to see how much data I have left on my prepaid 2 gig data contract. Not even the *111# shows me the data remaining. If I log onto the vodacom website, it gives me the whole summary of the contract, except the data remaining. And it is a data contract. Not even your Vodacom app gives me the information.

Please ask your technicians to fix this and I would like to see the data remaining via the Website, my iPhone Vodacom app and *111#.
