What is the use of the VAR's in the Mobile industry, I would of thought in light of the fact that we can dweal direct with the networks that they would try a bit harder. About six months ago my contract expired and Nashue kept sending me unwanted sms's to renew, so I get round to this this week - go to Vodaworld, check phones and packages on offer with Red Advantage. Back to Nashua Mobile, they want to charge for the device I can get for free from Vodashop - huh? Ok I have to proof this and as I have been with Nashua for about thirteen years i do the effort, get deal and take back to retail shop to be told they wont match - even though the policy they market says that they would match deals. So what is the point in dealing with them if they cannot offer the same as the networks, convenience - I doubt that. Maybe we just to lazy to question this. So Nashua congratulations on trying to leach of your loyal customers and I will now be happy to move my voice and data somewhere else. O yes your thirty day policy on cancellation, blah blah blah
