Nashua Mobile Gross Incompetence

I have waited for over 6 weeks for 'approval' for a business contract from Nashua Mobile in spite of all documents and Rica and stuff being presented and correct. I have told them in writing to cancel as I have no intention of awaiting the pleasure of such gross incompetents, My complain on Hello Peter was acknowledged with the normal sorry blah-blah - no call - nothing.
Today I receive an invoice for R621-23 for something I have never received, used or even yet had my hands on. This is just bare faced cheek. Talking to their accounts department is a nightmare.
Does anybody at this zoo of incompetents have the slightest clue what is going on their own company?
