After multiple phone calls by me i still have not been able to resolve my original complaint which is about two months old now. I speak to call centre agent after call centre agent and ask for higher management to contact me as I want to take this case to the CPA Ombudsman BUT does Virgin Mobile care? No they don't. I have been promised that this situation will be resolved BUT does Virgin Mobile live up to their promises? No they don't.
As a paying customer i DEMAND good service. As a paying customer i EXPECT good service and when my "service provider" doesn't even call me back to resolve my problems then i consider this breach of contract.
Two months of frustration and my service provider still does NOT care!!!
I am already seeking legal advice from the CPA to cancel this contract.
