ACCOUNT IN ARREARS / HANDED OVER

I need your urgent help, I have a current cellphone contract with Cell C, which i pay R150.00 per month religously, I do not default on payments, however they have now handed me over for and amount of R1700 some odd for non payment, I have sent numerous emails to the customer service department, which i copied the CEO on as well with proof of payments. They say its the BIS which is R59.00 per month, I cancelled the BIS service in December 2012, according to them I reactivated it, which I find very strange as this sim card has not been in working order for a few months now. I have requested for a recons to be done on the account and an updated statement to be sent to me so I can see what I owe, I get calls with amounts that started from R60.00 some, within a month it has now accumalated to R1700.00 some odd. I am highly irrate that they have now handed me over, this has effected my credit profile already and this is no fault of mine. It is all due to their incompetence. Please can you assist me urgently

After all this I still receive a call last week from Cell C, saying that I am a valuable client and my accounts are up to date and they want to offer me a laptop or tablet
