Can I please tell you of my problem with Cell C. I am suppose to upgrade but every time they have a different story first it was that I was on pre-legal then after that was sorted out now suddenly I have a void against my name and Cell C consultant can't seem to solve the problem and it is there fault that my payments isn't allocated to my account because proof of payment have been sent twice to them from the Cell C store in Middelburg and every time the didn't receive it and the manager did tell them the date and time both times the proof of payments was sent but still no luck. The other problem I have with Cell C is that I have to phone every month to get my account balances before I can pay them because I don't receive my statement via email as I have requested on many occations with the Cell C consultants and every month I phone they give me different amount, and then I have to make another payment because they give me the wrong amounts to pay, and I need to upgrade before my contract expire. And I need to get my statement to pay the right amount and as it is a month later all my payment isn't allocated to my account yet.
