FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YEARS I ONLY PAID MY CELL ACCOUNTS ON THE 4TH OF THE MONTH (NOV 13), FAITHFULLY EMAILED PROOF OF PAYMENT AS WE DID FOR THE PAST YEARS, MAILED PROOF TO WEBMASTER MTN & ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT AND YET THE PHONES WAS SUSPENDED! WE PAID MORE THAT WHAT WE SHOULD ON REGULAR OCCASIONS. TRYING TO GET HOLD OF THE RELEVANT DEPARTMENTS WITH NO SUCCESS), CALLS CUT AND I DON'T EVEN GET THROUGH TO ANY AGENTS. YOU HAVE NO CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AT ALL. Two of my cell contracts was suspended.

Utterly Disgusted: I had no confirmation that my account had been sorted out as yet, we ended up with another suspension on one of my contracts because the accounts department transferred all payments to one account. Requested a statement reflecting journals passed and display only current outstanding amounts due still waiting. NOW this SMS what is this? I want a statement where payments was allocated and rectified and a letter to say my ITC record will NOT be affected by MTN's incompetence. This is going for 2 months, seriously!
