DO YOUR JOBS PROPERLY! ALLOCATE THESE PAYMENTS!

I REQUESTED A SETTLEMENT FROM CELL C VIA EMAIL AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS BALLERINA SEND A SHORT REPLY WITH A SETTLEMENT AMOUNT. IMMEDIATELY I REPLIED REQUESTING IF I CAN MAKE ARRANGEMENTS I MADE A PAYMENT FOR R1000 ON THE 06 MAY 2013 SENDING THE PROOF TO BALLERINA VIA EMAIL AND AGAIN REQUESTING A STATEMENT NO REPLY FROM HER OR THE CALL CENTRE AS I SEND MY EMAILS TO ALL AT CELL C. I THEN PAID THE FINAL AMOUNT OUTSTANDING ON THE 30 JULY 2013 OF R3586.21 SENDING THE PROOF TO BALLERINA AND proofofpayment@cellc. No reply from anybody. Then I recieve a sms from Pholosa that the account has been handed over to them. I forward them the proof of payments over and over again phone them over and over again. Gugu advises me that she will follow up why Cell C did not allocate the payments I send numerous emails I recieved one email from Lungile Ntuli asking someone if the payments were allocated. I replied to that email saying the payment were made directly to cell c! No response nothing! Yesterday i got an sms saying the account has been handed over to JM Attorneys I am LOST what de is going on! I phoned Ballerina Masoetsa she ended the call and now does not answer! CELL C is beyond PHATETIC!
