HANDING OVER WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION

I have 2 cell C IPAD contracts.
In MAy 2013, the data on the 1 IPAD switched off.
I phoned Cell C customer service, and she said my my Account was in arrears, My contract had been cancelled and i owed the remaining balance, I asked how this was possible as both contracts were just coming off via debit order. After further investigation. One or 2 months had bounced with no reason, but in the next respective month, both payments, current as well as the one in arrears was paid.
At the end of May 2013, the account was fully paid up, I therefore requested the cancellation of the contract to be stopped as I did not want to cancel it and no one had contacted me about this. Call centre told me that would respond in 24 hours.
After 6 phone calls, I still had zero communication from cell C,
I went into a cell C store and they told m they couldnt do anything I had to keep phoning.

To date not one sms or phone call!!!
I now get a message from the debt collector to say i have been handed over???
This is absolutely disgusting, I have not had a working IPAD for 6 months now and not a single bit of communication from Cell C.
