I battled for months to get Mtn to stop my 3G . I mailed numerous times but no one replied or helped me.
went to the branch at Simmonds street as I signed the contract with them, was told by consultant that he can't stop this or help me to stop this need to mail MTN, I explained that I forwarded numerous mails and don't get any feedback was then given a incorrect mail address just to get rid of me.
i then went to the Glen Branch out of desperation because I was paying for something I'm not using anymore. the lady first told me that it can;t be stooped on a Saturday and I must mail them to get it stopped but because i refused to leave the shop until someone helps me she phoned with her phone and helped me to get it stopped.
i paid for October but now today I see they debited me once again. I want my money back, I refuse to pay one month longer for MTN's incompetent staff not doing their work.
