Sometime in October I phoned Vodacom to find out about my options on my cell phone no. 0723795184 and I enquire about the Nokia phones only and after that I said I was still going to check what type of phone that I needed. This sim card is my spare phone and is not in use all the time after I put in my sim card on weekend of the 02/11/2013 I found messages that I was upgraded first I thought may be the customer care made the mistake only when I phoned on Monday 04/11/2013 I released that it was a and than I was asked to do the affidavit and send the copy of the ID to them and I did that and they sent me an sms confirming the receipt that they will phone me after a day which they never did I phoned again I was told to wait a week its still under investigation after that I never received a call. I phoned again I was now told to wait a month again so I am not sure what is happening now because they never phone only when I phone than I will get some sort of feedback.
