In the middle of October 2013, my phone had a liquid damage, I than took the phone to Vodacom wynberg immediately and they told me it'll be ready 3 weeks. on the 22nd of November I went to the store to enquire about the phone, the lady that assisted me came with it and it was not fixed because she said they phoned me and never reached me. I told her that I want the phone before I go to Dec holidays, she took it and promised to send it away, and I phoned on the 19 December she told me that she is waiting for the supplier or something but to fix the phone it'll cost me R2000. Today (16 Jan 2014) I phoned she told me that she didn't send the phone away and could not give any concrete reason why. She phoned me after 10 min to tell me that the quote is R3600.
I am really not happy and I am not satisfied with the service I received from Vodacom.
