I pre-ordered an iPhone 5S on the internet on 8 Nov and received an email saying that I would be contacted within 24hrs. I was never contacted. On 12 Nov I contacted 08217844 and did the upgrade telephonically. I was told that the phones would be dispatched on Monday 18 Nov. On 18 Nov I was told that the phones had arrived but would only go to the courier the following day. On 19 Nov I was told that my phone would be delivered on Wednesday 20 Nov, but when I contacted 08217844, I was told to contact 0821945, where the call centre agent asked me to contact 082 1959 and they in turn referred me back to 08217844, where I was told that my handset was now on back order. After numerous phone calls, tweets and messages, I still have no phone, and no answer as when I can expect to have my phone. I was told explicitly that I must be at the delivery address to make sure that I receive the delivery. As a consultant who travels a lot, this has been a challenge in itself, as I have to be at home for this seemingly fictitious phone to be delivered. What exactly do I need to do to get the service that I pay for?
