FRAUDELENT UPGRADE DONE ON MY ACCOUNT

My debit order went of with an amount more than usual (R300 more) and I phoned Vodacom to enquire. I was advised that my one cell phone no was upgraded on the 2nd October 2013 by someone online (online upgrade was done) I started phoning around for assistance in the first place to cancel the order, but realised that the phone (Samsung S4 LTE, with an open contract) was already delivered to the person responsible for this. I have in possession the quote from Vodacom done on my name and acount, the 's quote requested. How in the world is this possible don't they verify confidential details. This person managed to do the upgrade receive the phone without one question asked? Vodacom could have resolved this in one day by simply checking the order no of the phone, checked on the delivery note/waybill to see where and who signed for the parcel. I know who the online consultant was that did the upgrade and she was not helpful at all. She said on the 9th October the call was logged to dept which was never done. This morning I phoned accounts to advise I sent my affadavit and other documents, and was told a call was never logged. Now I have to wait for Vodacm
