I got a call on Sunday to say that my contract would be cancelled and that someone would call to come and collect the phone - due to the lack of service in my home, tested last Thursday. It is now Wednesday and still no call. Please could someone get back to me regarding this. I called support yesterday, but they said nothing was logged, and I couldn't remember who called me...
I just want this to be over so I can move on.
