CELL PHONE CONTRACT

I went to mtn on Sunday 15 sept 2013 to take a Samsung Contract phone with the TV and i was told by Tuesday i will get an answer, i phoned on Tuesday still not approved. On Wednesday i phoned and was told that Mubeen was not at work and my approval was pending and MTN had a system problem will advise by Thursday morning. On thursday monrning i phoned, Mubeen was not available to take my call and i was told that my deal was approved and i must come and collect. Later i get a call from Mubeen telling me that my Wife and daughter came and changed the contract, i mentioned how come thy came there when they are at work and i told him that you and your guys are confused in that store. He told me that i must not come toady he still need to sort the TV, i told him that you told me the tv take 1 month i can understand, i am coming for my cell phone today. I have a Cell Contract for the pas 20 years and the only reasong i am taking this because of the TV. I will never introduce anyone to mtn after the serive i got from them
