I do not TRUST CELL C one bit!

I had a CellC contract, received notification for upgrade to new Samsung4, why not, I requested this got entry level BB. I have a work BB (top of range), another BB, don't think so!
I contacted your call centre MANY NIGHTMARE CALLS & cancelled the upgrade. I was told to take the mobile to the nearest Cell C store, I did that. Waited in queue, got to the front to be told they DON'T TAKE BACK contract upgrades. I contacted Cell C AGAIN MANY CALLS & cancelled the upgrade, told them not what I asked for. They promised to collect the mobile from me, I waited at my home (no pitch) at work (no pitch), called repeatedly - repeated FAILED PROMISES TO COLLECT. I finally left the mobile with the guards at my complex after arranging they collect from there.
This holiday I had time to find out about moving to MTN / Voda - I have been instructed by my LARGE CORP company to move to MTN / VODA because of LACK of CELL C CONNECTIVITY in my office & home! That upgrade was NEVER CANCELLED, I PAID FOR THIS BB RUBBISH I don't use, & must PAY NOW TO GET OUT A CONTRACT I never renewed? Seems your regular behaviour a DISGRACE I am going to the OMBUDSMAN, consumer body & my lawye
