I have experienced poor reception for seven months. It is painful. Missing calls, not being able to use bundles, sms's dont even get delivered.
I called the call centre and no one has called me back since my call was logged. I called this morning and found that there is nothing that cell c can do to improve my signal at home. I fear that in an emergency, I would not be able to make a call. This is serious.
I also complained about my signal at work. I work next to Johannesburg General hospital in parktown. The call that was logged was incorrectly done for Helen Joseph hospital.
I was stuck on the N1 highway next to Zakariyya Park, south of Johannesburg and had no reception.
I have a contract with cell c and intend on cancelling it. When I took the phone I did not sign the contract terms and conditions. As a result I do not know what the terms and conditions are.
Can I return my phone and leave cell c? As I have not signed any contract terms and conditions I do not understand what my obligations are and how to go about this. I did not encounter these problems with Vodacom and MTN
