Same old problem

After contacting Cell C about my problem regarding a handset that was supposedly replaced, I received an email from repairs stating that my old handset was replaced with a new one. How is that possible if my old memory card and original screen cover was still on the phone that was the so called new one? I handed the phone in again at Walmer Park, but after 4 days have not even received an sms to indicate that my so called new phone has been booked into the repair management system or that is has been received by the repair centre in Midrand. Why do I just get the feeling that it is me against a big powerful company and that I am going to be on the loosing end of this battle.
