Terrible service at Cell C Sandton City

About 2 months ago, I took out a contract with Cell C on a Samsung S3. I took the phone home, put it on and the screen went multi-coloured and funny and then blank. I could see nothing on it. If someone called, nothing showed on screen. I couldn't take the phone back immediately because I was getting married and was off to my honeymoon over 2 weeks. I did try to call the branch before but nobody answered. After the 2 weeks, I took the phone back to Cell C.. Faiza inspected it and said that it must be a defect and took it in. Weeks went by and nobody called. We managed to get a hold of Dipesh who said that we can collect a new phone the next day. The next day we called and we were told that the phone is still in repairs. This didn't make sense as we were supposed to get a new phone according to Dipesh. Weeks went by still and nobody called. When I went to the branch, they said the phone has been delivered but neither I or the branch had it. I was promised feedback by the end of the week by Faiza. Its 2 weeks now and still no call. Its 2 months - and I have no phone. I want my contract cancelled without penalties because I am tired of this lack of service and inefficiency.
