I HAVE PAID MY ACCOUNT WITH VODACOM BUT MY LINE AND MY HUSBANDS LINE (IT BEING ON SAME CONTRACT) WAS SUSPENDED. PHONED AT 8 WHEN THEY OPENED TOLD ME THE PROOF OF PAYMENT IS STILL AT ADMIN AND IT WOULD TAKE AN HOUR FOR THEM TO RECEIVE AND AN ADDITIONAL HOUR FOR THEM TO UNBLOCK THE LINE. I PHONED AGAIN AT 9:30 TO ENSURE THAT THE LINE WOULD BE UNBLOCKED BY 10 AND I WAS JUST TOLD TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER 2 HOURS. I NOW HAVE TO SIT WITHOUT A PHONE FOR 4 HOURS BECAUSE OF INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE BOTH SITTING WITHOUT A MEANS OF COMMUNICATION. WELL DONE VODACOM FOR BEING A BUNCH A!!! THEY ARE LUCKY I CAN ONLY PUT ONE BAD REPORT EVERY 5 DAYS. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH WITH THIS COMPANY
