Our business line was suspended today due to reaching our credit limit! A limit, we were not aware of. The only invoice outstanding is only due for payment on the 25th Jan 2013. We signed up for data services last month and the first invoice we received is over a credit limit that we were not even aware of. With no warning our line was cut. We are NOT in any fault what-so-ever but yet the line still gets suspended while we are trying to run a business. I got told by a call center agent that to increase the limit, the amount will need to be paid. Again, thats unfair as the invoice is only due on the 25th! This is completely unacceptable!!!
