Phoned the morning of Wednesday 13 November 2013 to order a new router. Was told that the delivery period is 2 to 5 working days so I placed an order. Today is the fifth working day and router was not delivered. Phone Mweb today the 20 November 2013 and was told that the router might be delivered on Friday. If I am lucky enough to have the router delivered on Friday then that will be 7 days.
Disgusted with MWeb's service.
