Incorrect billing and disconnection of service

My sons phone was sent in for repairs on 20/04/2013 and received back on the 09/05/2013 .When I received my bill on the 30/06/2013 I was shocked to see that they had charged me R2429.96 for data usage. I called the Vodacom help line received reference number xant955m with my first call was send a itemised billing which I queried I made a payment on the 02/07/2013 the bill less my data usage R 832.91 BILL was for R3249.61 .I visited the Vodacom customer centre at Canal Walk explained my story and was given ref number 53-tsb3v-v035y and 53 tsf22-25jmv was told someone would call me in 14 days. In this time my phone was suspended, after several calls to Vodacom nothing was fixed. I made another payment R1200.00 on the 05/08/2013 still no usage of all three phones under this contract. Eventually on the 14/08/2013 Craig Julius made an arrangement that I should get a reduction of R 2118.20 LETTER WAS FAXED and received by accounts. In this time phones still suspended. I called several times and was told it was laying in a pending state. I was told to make payment of R930.0 on the 04/09/2013. 30/10/2013 spoke to Masebati ext 3207 who promise things will be sorted. STILL UNRESOLVED???
