On the 19th of November I had 11MB of data & R145 odd in my account, at past 11pm I went on the internet for 5 min or so when I checked my balance after use I was left with R11, 73. How is that possible? I was not downloading anything, I only viewed Facebook & instagram. I've called previously with he same problem I was told I probarly had some apps in the backgroung using up my airtime, this is ridiculous as all the other days my airtime doesn't disappear out of the blue. Very disappointed as always with MTN charges.
