What is the correct story with Vodacom

Good day. My contract is due for an upgrade. i ordered a phone over the net. Confirmed everything with a reservation number but no contact has been made yet. I went into a store hoping the process would be quicker, just to find out out my score is to low for the handset requested. I got a call from the call centres who claims they call from vodacom, then tries to sell me a phone that's either discontinued on the vodacom service and or is much older than the model i am using. They also claim that the handset i requested is not available yet. However i have been to store already and held the model handset in my hand. so now i am waiting for a department and hopefully the correct department to call me with regards to my request which was done on Sunday with reference number S3-T652P-P11LT. Please vodacom you send me e-mails and sms's asking me to stay with you and keep my family with you. However if existing customer are not getting the service they pay for why should they remain with this type of service. its been more then 48 hours since i got any feedback to the actually query. Your callcentre keeps escalating the query to where. how much higher should i go for service.
