Upgrade of cellphone contract

My vodacom contract was supposed to expire on the 11/11/2013 when all of a sudden, on the 07/11/2013, I received sms'es that my contract has been upgraded and the order number is U555252. I immediately called the call center on 0821959. I spoke to Ntwanano who confirmed that a request for a contract upgrade has been processed from an online source. She informed me that she will send through an email to the warehouse to cancell the order and the upgrade will be reversed. On the 11/11/2013, nothing had happened to my account so I called the call center again. This time I could not find Ntwanano, but spoke to a different consultant who informed me that she has to log a service request with the forensic section. Why was the request not logged when I called the first time? I was given a request no S3-T6Z7T-TOYU and promised that Vodacom will contact me within 24 hours. It's been more than 24hours and Im still waiting. I guess I have to call them again. I fail to understand why I have be inconvenienced for Vodacom's inability to make sure that their online shopping site is secure enough.
