I am on a 10g contract and for the last 15 months the signal strength and speed has been resonable. However since Sunday I have had virtually no signal strength and speed is erratic and connection drops sporadically. I finally managed to contact the call centre after getting cut off numerous times. The promise to get a technician to call me and to revert to me with a reference number has not materialised!
I have also tried to log the issue on the website but have recieived no response.
