I reported my Telkom line as faulty on Friday 15 November. The telkom person arrived on saturday morning and checked the line. He advised that the cable peolple need to come and check on monday 18th. I asked him when as I was not available. Monday night 20:45 i received a call from a person saying he is phoning from Soweto, he was looking for the owners of our address. When asked what he wanted he advised he fixed the phone and wanted to know if same was working. He never mentioned his name or that he was phoning from Telkom. I need to know the following:
Was this person from Telkom, if not I want u to check where did he phone from
Why am I called so late
why can he not identiify himself.
I need urgent answers.
