No 3g and no service

I have a problemwith 3g for how long now, I even moved my router just to get a signal du to your incomputence to fix the problem. And now again I have no signal it goes over to roaning, on your map it says I have a signal and also had a signal from january. About 2 months ago I logged the first and still no signal and moved the router 300m away and. Was ok for a wile no I have the same problem. I want a refund due to pathetic service
