Blatant, incompetence and all-over inefficien

My story has been going on for a couple of days now. Unfortunately I cannot tell the entire story here because it is just too long for the number of allowed characters.

Let's just say that Vodacom has thoroughly done me in with their blatant and incompetence. I was promised delivery of an iPhone 5s and was specifically put off trying to ensure that I get a phone by going to the shops because I will "definitely" have it delivered. Now, after many, many backwards and forwards through various call and support centres, I am told that my phone is on back-order.

Thanks to Vodacom, I could not get a phone (even though I was one of the first in line very early on Friday morning) and now everybody is out of stock!

Never, ever trust these guys, no matter how good or competent they sound. Only one thing counts: Making the sale. After that, you are on your own.
