I took out my first contract in my life, which I will regret for the rest of my life. I got my lap top with so many added extras and a good value for money - only because from the get go they messed me around! My Internet would not work for the first 2 months and everytime I called they kept dropping the line on me and I called every day three times only to have them drop the call, then they debited me extra every month... For unknown reasons and when I asked they couldn't tell me.. Now they decided to debit be again in the middle of the month for no reason and they still arnt fixing the problem I haave bank charges that are unbelievable because of their unplanned debits - and they're sorry for the inconvience... What about all my money they've taken? And money my bank took from me because they wanted to my money? And I still have internet problems and they can't help me... And everytime I call they don't lodge the cases at all... I have 2 call all day for a week before I get hold of someone... I hate Telkom and I feel that everyone should cancel their business with them as soon as they can and never choose telkom...
