MOST DISGUSTING TREATMENT of loyal custome

I preregistered, then preordered for a 64GB Gold iPhone 5S a week before the launch.

On Monday morning the iPhone was delivered by RAM. But the courier refused to hand it over because of a discrepancy with my ID Number. He had the old ID number from before the new ID rollouts (in 2002). There was a 3 digit difference at the end... BUT i had my ID in hand and was standing in front of the guy and it was MY face & photo with a LEGIT ID Document standing in front of him.

He refused & left with the phone. Then began an ENTIRE day on the phone with Vodacom trying to rectify the situation! In the end i was told the fastest way to fix the issue would be to go to the police station and get an affidavit stating my ID had infact changed back in 2002.

Left work early, went to the police station, got an affidavit. First thing next morning, i once again phoned Vodacom to tell them i had the affidavit - to which their response was: Your upgrade was canceled and the iPhone has been given to someone else!!!

Unless this matter is resolved, me & my family will be cancelling our contracts!

Vodacom still has not once bothered to call me back... and @Vodacom111 has mostly ignored me
