I am highly annoyed and disappointed with services received from you. when applying for the contract I asked which docs I would need to present to the courier or any docs i might need to send A couple of days later I was called by nomvula requesting bank statements I explained that I could only get it on a weekend due to work. please note already im getting frustrated as I asked the day I applied documents I might need. Nomvula stated to me that the contract would be cancelled if statements are not sent. Therefore I phoned a couple of times to speak to Nomvula she was not available therefore I left messages with her colleagues that I would send the statements and not to cancel the contract I eventually sent the docs and asked when I would receive the phone nomvula said she cancelled the contract and needs to resubmit! we communicated via email I expressed my frustration as I had to wait even longer. she had the nerve to tell my theres no use sending back and forth messages I just had to send her the docs when she requested it. she was unapologetic no respect and did not treat me as a valued customer therefore I cancelled the contract as I will never be a customer on your book
