Hi there, generally woolies gives good service and will never stop shopping with them. However I am very disappointed with the fact that they have not closed my late mom's account. My mom passed away in December 2012. 2 weeks after the funeral I started closing her accounts and everything that was in her name. I phoned woolies and was told to take her death cert and other docs to the nearest woolies which I did (Jabulani Mall) they faxed the docs. In Jan woolies collections called to say mom was owing, I went to Southgate to submit the documents again. In Feb same story I then faxed the docs myself. To this day I am still getting my mom's statements and calls from MBD and for some reason I am being called on my cell phone number... I need closure and the calls and statements are not helping. I am not impressed, all I want is for the account to be closed especially because docs were submitted 3 times already.
