ALTECH AUTOPAGE MISLEADING WITH WRONG CONTRACT DET

On the 20 September 2013, I contacted Altech Autopage and spoke to Nomvula, re a TOP UP contract where I wud pay R379p/m for 24 months, my package I WAS TOLD wud inc R200 airtime, 200 sms's & 200MB data for the price of R379P/M! If all was depleted I wud have to recharge before I wud be able 2 use the phone any further! My problems started on day 1 where they send me the WRONG SIM! Every one working for a cellphone comp knows that all the new Samsung's use micro sim's and not normal sim's, this is incompetence on the highest level for this day and age especially working in a cellphone shop! They told me to CUT the normal sim MYSELF so that it wud BECOME a micro simcard. After cutting the simcard and being reassured that it would work. IT DID NOT WORK! The only thing I was able to do with it was phone, and sending sms. When my bundles ran out, they blocked my contract. I struggled A WHOLE MONTH with Nomvula to get a new sim, and AFTER receiving my sim my phone was still not working. I had to take it in myself. With every effort of trying to get hold of Nomvula there was no success Now they sending me an account of R2500 which is breach of contract and they force me to pay and i REFUSE
