I took my phone in to Vocom repari shop at Cresta and I gave them an alternative number to reach me on once my phone had been fixed. As it took longer to hear from anyone from the shop about my phone been repaired, I called the repair centre to find out if my phone was ready. The lady that answered put me on hold to attend to her personal call and was talking in Afrikaan assuming that I did not understand the language, and I asked her why she put me on hold to attend her personal call and she insisted that it was work. Anyhow she then advised that my phone had already been sent to Vocam Cresta. When I go there on the Thursday and asked the lady that assisted me when was my phone delivered i was told on Monday and with not explanation why I was contacted when my phone arrived.
