I reported my telephone faulty last Wednesday morning (30/12) very early because I thought it could be checked that day. I received a reference nr. and it would have been sent to a technician. I heard nothing more from them. When I phoned on Friday I was told it had been allocated but nothing happened. When I checked on it at 16:00 on Monday afternoon (04/02), I was told it would be referred to a technician (once more)! This is pathetic! It is nearly a week and I have had no reaction! What is happening to service in our country! It used to be fixed that same day, now I have to phone from an expensive cellphone and keep following up and still receive no service!!
