In july 2013 i initiated the cancellation of my saver 2 cellphone account, i filled in the required form and faxed it to the relevant department with no response, the next month i did the same and as a second measure went to the branch at centurion to cancel the contract, after which they deducted another payment after the cancellation and received no airtime credit. Now the cancelletion is succsessfull but i still have not been credited for the after cancellation deduction. I have been in contact with George at the branch via email no problem there. The supposed time for a reversal is 7 days... gave them bank statements, did all i could from my side, cannot say that they did the same, so i am hoping case number - 6708577
