No feedabck from Vodacom employees

I took my phone in for repairs and I ha to do a sim swap because I needed to use a micro sim while waiting for my phone. The phone was replaced and I had to do another sim swap to use in my blackberry because i have BIS in my contract. My micro sim was deactivated as I did a sim swap but my new sim did not have BIS, I called 082155 and the lady told me that the sim swap failed but I told her that I was using the same sim card the only problem was BIS, and he insisted on that stupid reason, hence I did not rate the call, the second guy told me to register Host Routing Tables and the 3rd guy decided to register my BB ID from his side and he failed, he then suggested that I call RIM because everything is fine from Vodacom side, he gave me a number that does not exist, I asked him to check everything from his side and I even suggested that there must be something wrong and the back end of the system because voice and the internet is working. Then I spoke to Faizal on 082133 who confirmed that people from 155 are incompetent and outsourced, he promised to solve my problem but ended up giving me a wrong number fro iCap support my ref is 6224502. Go ahead and give your standard response.
