No feedback! No Upadates! No nothing!

I am so disappointed in the way Finririte/24hr mobility handle things, I have been without a phone since December and only got it back in February 20/02/2013, only to find out that the phone is still faulty, called finrite/24hr again and spoke to Tsereletso on the 26th February 2013, on the 27th/02/2013 RAM collected, after that I never heard any updates about my phone and so off because I am the one who has to call 24hr and their consultants keep me on hold for more than 30min and I end up dropping the phone and the will never get back to me! On the 2nd I spoke to Bella, she said she was going to ask the repair centre and never got back to me, 5th March I called and spoke to Shanell, she kept me on hold, on the 7th I called and spoke to Rayhardt, he also kept me on hold and never got back to me, all these people that I have spoken to never even bothered to call me and tell me what is ging on with my phone!

Today I spoke to Shamell Meyer, she also cannot see on the system any updates regarding my phone, she tried to get hold of the repair centre but they don't pick up!

And yet they continue to deduct R74 every month!
